Who is BOSSCAT Technologies, and how is it different from BOSSCAT Home Services and Technologies?

BOSSCAT Technologies is the evolution of BOSSCAT Home Services and Technologiesm which offered both innovative technologies anddirect home services,We now focus exclusively on delivering innovative technology solutions for real estate and homeownership—such as instant property estimates and repair cost insights and provide home services through carefully vetted partners. Our goal is to provide clarity, confidence, and ease for homeowners, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.

Why did BOSSCAT Technologies join REMAX?

In October 2025, BOSSCAT was acquired by REMAX Holdings LLC , an existing strategic partner, to accelerate innovation and expand our reach. This partnership allows us to integrate our technology into a broader real estate ecosystem, creating a seamless experience for agents, homeowners, and buyers.

What does this acquisition mean for existing customers?

Your access to Instant Estimates, HOMEBASE and HOMEMART will remain the same with an improved overall experience in the coming months as we continue to invest in our technology and team. . You’ll gain access to enhanced AI technology tools, expanded repair service options through vetted partners, and a more integrated transaction experience. Please note: There is no disruption to your current account or access.

Will my current agreements or warranties be affected by this change?

The existing warranties from BOSSCAT Home Services will not carry over under the new model. If you have any questions on prior work orders performed by BOSSCAT Home Services prior to October 2025, please email updates@BosscatHome.com for more information.

Will BOSSCAT Technologies still provide home services directly?

We no longer provide home services directly. We’ve partnered with trusted third-party, licensed partners nationwide to ensure you receive high-quality services

How will the new partnerships with general contractors and home repair professionals work?

Through our BOSSCAT Technologies platform, you’ll be able to order your repairs through our vetted service partners in the same online shopping cart ordering experience found on BosscatHome.com.

How do you ensure your partners are vetted and trustworthy?

For all service partners, their employees and their contractors, we require a diligent screening process that includes identity verification, licensing verification (if

applicable), background checks, reference contacts and performance reviews. Only providers who meet our quality standards are approved to receive work orders.

Can I still use BOSSCAT for repair needs, or do I need to contact partners directly?

The online shopping cart ordering process will remain unchanged. You can upload your inspection report, review your shopping cart link with line item pricing, approve the repairs you need and sign your service agreement. The services will be provided by the approved service partner(s) in your area. No changes or separate follow up are required by customers. What new technology solutions will BOSSCAT Technologies focus on?

Yes. We’re planning to introduce advanced analytics, AI-driven cost predictions, and improved integrations with real estate platforms to make your experience even more seamless.

We provide tools that empower homeowners and agents with accurate pricing, repair insights, and streamlined service coordination, saving up to two weeks of time gathering repair cost estimates from various service providers. Our technology helps create more transparency and informed decisions making in the due diligence and closing processes.

Will my login or account information change?

No. Your existing login credentials remain the same. Any future updates will be communicated well in advance.
